Well, being Summertime and all we have not stopped. We have been enjoying the time off with little time to rest. Our weekends are spent mostly at the lake. Our weekdays are full of visits to Nana's at the ranch, the zoo, the museum, and frequent library stops. The boys have been in a reading contest and already won lots of prizes:)
We spend at least 20 minutes a day if not more on reading together and also an additional 10 minutes of quiet reading.
Dylan is becoming such a little man.
Notice the swollen nose. He fell out of bed and hit his little nose on the night stands...poor boy:( His entire face was swollen!
The boys are still best buddies.
Dominick is loving the heat and freedom. Mommy is tired, hot, and ready for Ms. Kathy days!

Being as silly as we can is our new 5 year old pastime!!!
Dom caught 5 fish this weekend. No one else even came close!!!
You might think these boys are smiling, but no....that is a huge amount of sunblock that has now dried to their faces like glue.
Dom got brave a decided he could do this by himself. He is already turning into an adrenaline junky. Are all boys like that???

Dom begs us to let him drive the golf cart. He does a great job at steering, but as soon as his feet can touch the peddles, he will be off!
Time to go...thus the saddened smile.
Dom is at Vacation Bible School this evening. He was so excited! We will get some pics up of Nana's soon. Rumor has it, Nana is planning a huge slumber party with all the grandkids. What a brave Nana!!! Grandaddy can always stay with us;)
