The last of the nice days...

Last Saturday was BEAUTIFUL! We decided to make the most out of it and head out to the zoo. It was our last real weekend with Shawn before he headed out to do his amazingly adventurous job! (Lots of traveling benefits:) We got there right when the zoo opened and it was perfect. The boys had been locked indoors for far too long after recovering from the flu. We all needed a change in scenery. It is so fun to watch the boys run,play, and tell me about all the animals. They are getting so big so fast! Ever so often, I am surprised by their obvious physical growth. We had a wonderful time complete with Joe T's afterwards!


The week trudged on and we were then happy to see another weekend. We went to visit my sister in McKinney. The boys were so excited to see their cousins! My sister and I began talking about the Twilight books and my Mom seemed interested. We then decided to make it a movie night and show my Mom what all this was about:) Of course with two elementary boys and two toddlers, focusing on the romantic aspect of Edward and Bella is not so easy. Either way, I think my Mom somewhat enjoyed it. We had a great time! I am so looking forward to New Moon, but am certain Shawn will not be accompanying me:(


Either way, I am on survival mode. We have not had a break since the beginning of school and I am so looking forward to Thanksgiving break!!!! The cool air has arrived and I am ready for fall mode.

WE ARE HERE FOR TRICK OR TREAT.......

We have been a sick little crew, but Mom let us out to do a little trick-or-treating. My brother wanted to be a scarrrryyy Jester and I was Frankenstein. We were the cutest little monsters.....

Once I figured out all you had to do was say these three magic words and people gave you candy.....I was on a mission!

Look at this spooky pumpkin. Dominick and I love it because it has boogers coming out of the nose. You know boys love that kind of stuff.

We needed to sit down for a rest. I feel like I just robbed a bank. My load was way too heavy.

Daddy is the birthday boy. After dinner we decided to sing him the song he has now heard 34 times. Then we ate some ice cream cake....YUMMY!

Dominick and I told Mom we were already super heroes. Who needs to dress up when you can turn a bib around and save the world?????

Here's our new angelic sleeping puppy. Mom calls him birth control and a few other naughty words I can't say, but I call him Maddix, Nomaddix, or Mad Max, it just depends on the situation.

I know Mommy has not updated in a while, so I had to be the technological savvy one....go figure.

Either way, Bubba got third place in his BJJ tournament he does really well! I must say being his Manager and Personal Trainer, that I too feel as though I won:) We like to call ourselves TEAM DOMINATION.

Speaking of the wind beneath his wings, I have been a crabby mess!!! My two year molars have arrived and boy do they hurt.

Well I think that is all for now. I hear Mommy shouting for me to take another dose of TAMIFLU! See you soon:)
